By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1️⃣ Cancellation by Traveler

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

Important Notes

  • No refund will be applicable once the tour begins.
  • No partial refunds for unused services or early return.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and operational feasibility.

2️⃣ Refund Processing Timeline

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refund mode depends on the original payment method.
  • Transaction fees, convenience charges, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

3️⃣ No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in case of:

  • Late arrival or missed boarding
  • Incorrect personal details shared by guest
  • Failure to produce valid ID (where required)
  • Guest not following instructions or misconduct
  • Paytm or Cash deposit bookings (non-refundable as per company policy)

4️⃣ Cancellation by Company

Oscar Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:

  • Natural calamity
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Operational or safety concerns

In such cases:

  • We will offer an alternate date or
  • Provide applicable refund (if eligible)

Our priority will always be traveler safety and responsible operation.


5️⃣ Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed only once (if applicable).
  • Requests must be made at least 48 hours before travel.
  • Approval is subject to availability.

6️⃣ Third-Party Bookings

In case of hotel bookings, monument tickets, guides, or services booked through third-party partners, their individual cancellation policies will apply in addition to ours.


7️⃣ Travel Insurance

We recommend guests opt for personal travel insurance wherever required.
