1️⃣ General Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices mentioned are per person unless stated otherwise.
- Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, government regulations, or unforeseen situations.
- Oscar Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule services when required.
- Guests are required to follow instructions given by our team for safety and smooth execution of the tour.
2️⃣ Booking & Payment
- Full payment or minimum advance is required to confirm the booking.
- Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp / Email.
- Entry tickets, meals, personal shopping, and activities are excluded unless mentioned in the package.
3️⃣ Inclusions & Exclusions

4️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refund on Paytm / Cash deposit bookings.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5️⃣ Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is possible only once (subject to availability).
- Tour date change is not guaranteed and depends on operational conditions.
6️⃣ Delays & Missed Boarding
- Passengers must report at the scheduled boarding time.
- No refund or adjustment for late arrival, missed departure, or personal delays.
7️⃣ Travel Conditions
- Carry valid ID proof.
- Follow local rules, monument regulations, and safety instructions.
- Company is not responsible for loss of belongings.
- Any misconduct may result in termination of the tour without refund.
8️⃣ Health & Safety
- Passengers with medical conditions should inform in advance.
- Senior travelers / kids / special needs guests must be accompanied by a responsible guardian.
9️⃣ Liability Disclaimer
Oscar Tours & Travels will not be liable for:
- Any natural calamity, accident, roadblocks, strikes, or political disturbances.
- Any delay, loss, damage, injury, or additional expense beyond our control.
🔟 Photography & Media
- Photos/videos captured during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless a guest opts out in writing.
